Pursuant to section 110K of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Australian Composites Manufacturing CRC Ltd (ACM) gives notice to its Members of their right to:

• elect to receive or not receive specific documents relating to Membership; and
• request to receive those documents in physical or electronic form.

This election can be made in relation to all documents, or to specific types of documents, listed below:

• documents relating to a meeting of Members, including notices of meeting and proxy or voting forms;
• ACM's Annual Report, including the financial report, directors' report and auditor's report;
• this notice of Members' rights under section 110K; and
• any other documents prescribed by relevant regulations.

How to make an election

As ACM's communications with Members are managed directly rather than through a share registry, Members wishing to make or update an election should contact the ACM CRC at info@acmcrc.com.

Please include your organisation's name and Membership details, along with your preference for physical or electronic delivery, in your request.
